(subject to a 7 night stay).

Rates are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes. Weekend rates apply Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights; a minimum stay may be required. Holidays and special events may have higher rates and/or minimum stay requirements.

Deposit Terms: The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 1/2 of the total stay (minimum one day). Please notify us of cancellation or change in length of stay at least 21 days prior to scheduled arrival date to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee plus tax.

Payment: We accept, MasterCard, VISA and cash. Checks are accepted for deposit only. 

All guestrooms and interior public areas are non-smoking; however, smoking is permitted in the exterior BBQ courtyard & balconies.
